Riders On A Mission

'Riders on a mission' is Honest Riders' pledge to give back.

We all love our horses and our sport. Here at Honest Riders, we believe that we all have the power to help horses less fortunate than our own. Which is why we created #ridersonamission. A commitment to create products that look good, feel good and DO good.

A big part of the #RidersOnAMission campaign is charitable donations for every order you place.

We’ve chosen 4 incredible charities to support. Each one very different but equally as important in the work they carry out not just in the UK, but worldwide.

You'll see upon reaching checkout that you can either round up your order to the nearest £, or donate more. We will match your donation up to the value of £5.

You can find out more about our charities below…

World Horse Welfare

We all love our horses and our sport and strive to look after them to the best of our abilities. Unfortunately, that’s not the same for all horses around the world. World Horse Welfare strives every day to improve the lives of horses that aren’t so privileged and put an end to their sufferingworking hard to give more horses a better chance in life. We've supported WHW since the beginning of Honest Riders and having visited some of their centres, really appreciate the incredible work they do.

Retraining of Racehorses

Retraining of racehorses logo

This is a charity close to our hearts, as our founder Zoe has retrained a racehorse herself and understands what a rewarding experience that can be for these intelligent, talented horses.

Not only does the charity provide an infrastructure to oversee horse welfare and to help racehorses have a fulfilling second career, RoR also educates and provides opportunities across a range of equestrian sports.

Pablos Horse Sanctuary

Pablos Horse Sanctuary

Based in the heart of the UK, Pablos is another charity close to our hearts.

Pablos was founded to ease the suffering of horses and ponies in the UK, whose owners either cannot or will not look after them.
Many of their animals have come to them through no fault of their own, either with various health problems, being elderly or if their owner’s circumstances has changed and they can no longer care for them.

Pablos is run entirely by volunteers and rely on the generous support of fellow horse-lovers to be able to provide the care they do. We cannot think of a more deserving cause!

Balkan Underdogs

Balkan Underdogs

Zoe chose this charity having adopted an abandoned dog from the charity herself. Coco was found tied to a lampost in Serbia...but now finds herself surrounded by love in the Hampshire countryside!

Balkan Underdogs are a small charity, but the work they do is so very vital for canine welfare. Having had first-hand experience of the dogs rescued by this charity, we've seen what a difference they are making to the dogs and the lives of the families that are lucky enough to adopt them. Coco is possibly THE most loving dog we've ever come across. As horse lovers, as animal lovers, it was an obvious choice for us to support a dog charity alongside the equine charities we continue to donate to.
