We've tried lot's of soap bars over the years and these are hands-down the best.

They are super effective cleansing bars. The salt exfoliates and also softens the water letting the soapy suds remove impurities and daily build-up from your skin. They are never drying.

This was the handmade salt soap that came first - the original natural salt soap recipe that launched dook!

Distinctively patterned Rosemary & Frankincense is a handmade soap crafted with care and infused with an invigorating essential oil blend. With its zingy and herbaceous aroma, this handmade soap strikes the perfect balance: a refreshing scent that is not overpowering.

When you use this natural soap its scent will fill your bathroom creating the soothing atmosphere of a tranquil spa. Immerse yourself in the addictively refreshing qualities of this handmade soap, we like to think that it evokes the rejuvenating feeling of a dook in a crystal-clear sea.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Himalayan Salt

Our salt soaps consist of 50% Himalayan pink salt, renowned for its detoxifying, exfoliating, and rejuvenating properties, thanks to its rich trace mineral content.

Organic Coconut Oil

This cleansing powerhouse creates a luxurious lather, transforming the salty soap into a smooth, lotion-like foam.

Raw Organic Shea Butter

Moisturize and nourish your skin with the added benefits of vitamins A, E, and F, known for promoting skin health, along with minerals that possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities.

Activated Charcoal

The layered pattern of charcoal grey through your handmade bar makes each of these natural soaps truly unique. The powdered charcoal is "activated" by steam processing it at very high temperatures. These temperatures change its internal structure - increasing its surface area. This means that each grain of charcoal in your soap absorbs more toxins and impurities from your skin, preventing your body from absorbing them and leaving you with a feeling of freshness.

HOW TO USE:

Our handmade soaps can be used in the shower as a gel replacement, in the bath, or placed by your bathroom or kitchen sink. Each of our natural soaps leave your skin feeling refreshed, cleansed, and nourished.

Create a rich lather by rubbing the handmade soap bar between your hands and wash with the luxurious foam. For direct application using a sisal bag to protect your skin from the mildly scratchy salt grains.

HOW TO STORE:

The best place to store your boxed soap is somewhere warm, dry, and well-ventilated.

If your soap becomes damp, it is because the salt has absorbed atmospheric humidity. Don’t worry, it doesn't damage the soap at all but it can damage the biodegradable packaging.

Once you’ve unwrapped your handmade soap, we recommend using a soap dish to store the bar next to your sink or shower. All of these soap dishes will provide adequate drainage and airflow extending the life of your natural soap bar.
